The exact editorial operating system we install for clients: demand mapping, expert-led drafting, refresh cycles and the distribution most teams forget — week by week.

Publishing more is not a strategy. The web is full of company blogs updated bravely into a void. The programs that rank and pipe revenue share an operating system — here's ours, the same one we install for clients in the first 90 days.

Weeks 1–2: demand mapping

Before any writing: the keyword universe, clustered by intent and funnel stage, cross-referenced against your sales calls. The best content ideas aren't in keyword tools — they're in the questions prospects ask your team every week. We interview sales and support first, tools second.

Weeks 3–6: pillar production

  • Briefs, not vibes — every piece starts from a brief: target query, intent, outline, evidence, internal links, CTA.
  • Expert-led drafting — your practitioners on a 30-minute call, our writers at the keyboard. Lived detail is the moat AI content can't cross.
  • Practitioner review — technical accuracy checked by someone who does the work daily.

Weeks 7–10: distribution, the forgotten half

Publishing is 40% of the job. Each pillar gets: internal links from your most authoritative pages, a repurposed newsletter edition, three social derivations, and outreach to the small list of sites and newsletters that reference topics like yours. Digital PR isn't a separate service here — it's the second half of publishing.

Weeks 11–13: measure and refresh

Content is a portfolio, not a lottery: refresh the winners, merge the duplicates, and kill the pieces that will never rank before they drag the domain.Editorial guideline #7

By day 90 you have 8–12 expert pillars, a refresh backlog, distribution that doesn't depend on the algorithm's mood, and leading indicators — impressions, rankings on page 2 climbing to 1 — that tell you exactly when pipeline arrives. Then it's cadence: the same system, every cycle, compounding.
